Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases will usually receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. You may wish to call an hour before your scheduled appointment to see if we are running on schedule.
For the safety of your pet, yourself and others, we require that all pets enter the building and be kept under control, either on a leash or in a secure carrier. We further recommend that your pet be securely attached to you between the building and your car, as well.
We open at 8:00 am to admit patients scheduled for surgeries, dentals, and hospitalization. For your convenience, "drop-off" appointments are available throughout the day. You may choose a time that works best for you and leave your pet with us. The receptionist will request detailed instructions regarding your pet and what services you are requesting. Please call in advance to schedule the "drop off" appointment. Be sure you will be available by phone to answer any questions the doctor may have regarding your pet.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks.
Privacy Policy
We neither collect nor share information with any third party vendors or internet businesses. No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from us or our web site hosting company.
Companion Animal Hospital recognizes the importance of protecting the personal privacy of our clients, patients and those individuals who simply visit our site.
Your privacy is also protected in our hospital. At no time is any information given out about the client or the pet without the consent of the owner.
